CAN: Why killings of farmers in Plateau won’t stop

Chairman, Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), in Northern Nigeria, Rev. Yakubu Pam, said the killings by herdsmen in Barkin-Ladi and Riyom local government areas of Plateau State would not end until Federal Government resolve the question of land grabbing and indiscriminate grazing in the areas.

Plateau State Commissioner of Police, Undie Adie, has paraded two suspected herdsmen for killing a 7-year-old boy, Muhammed Ibrahim and robbed him of 15 cows and 14 sheep entrusted in his custody by his uncle, Ibrahim Haruna at Agigi village in Bassa Local Government Area of the State.
