Police intercept suspected cultists, kill one in Lagos

According to a statement released by the Police Public Relations Officer, CSP Chike Oti, police has been given a tip-off about the activity of the cultists, who had earlier killed one Sylvester Chikwendu, 32, suspected to be a rival cult member at Alapere.

NSE donates 3,800 face masks to Edo government

The Nigeria Stock Exchange (NSE), on Wednesday in Benin donated 3,800 face masks to Edo government to help the fight against COVID-19 pandemic in the state.
The State Commissioner for Information, Mr. Charles Aniagwu, who made the clarification in a statement, said Warri residents did not confront security operatives, let alone killing soldiers, saying the videos were “concocted and therefore, fake”.
