Police arrest 29 suspected kidnappers, 53 others in Kaduna

The Commissioner of Police in Kaduna State, Mr Umar Muri, says the command has arrested 29 suspected kidnappers and 53 others, who committed various crimes from Oct. 31 to Dec. 31.
