Rivers council polls: Governor Wike asks security operatives to ‘deal decisively’ with trouble makers
Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, has asked security agencies to arrest and deal decisively with any person or group of persons, no matter how highly placed, who attempts to prevent the peaceful and orderly conduct of local government election scheduled for next Saturday.
