Bye-elections: Yiaga scores INEC average on preparation, predicts low turnout

An election observer, Yiaga Africa, Friday, ahead of bye-election across the six geopolitical zones of the country, scored the Independent National Electoral Commission’s preparedness on average while it predicted low voter turnout.

The striker went down in the second under a challenge from a Sierra Leone defender and was subsequently rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. The striker had since returned to his base in Italy but has not featured for Napoli since as a result of the injury
