Elections: NSCDC, NDLEA, Customs deploy 2,136 officers in Kwara

Various security agencies in Kwara said on Thursday that a total of 2,136 officers had been deployed to ensure law and order in Saturday’s governorship and state house of assembly elections in the state.
The National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) says it arrested 178 illicit drugs offenders in Sokoto State, out of which 29 persons were convicted in 2018.

NDLEA: 36 youths arrested for drug abuse

A total of 36 youths, including three females, were arrested for drug abuse over the past two weeks in Kwara, Mr Ona Ogilegwu, State Commander, National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), has said.
