Defection: Court asked to declare Governors Ortom, Tambuwal, Ahmed’s seats vacant

The Abuja Division of the Federal High Court has been asked to declare the seats of Governors Samuel Ortom of Benue State, Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State and Abdulfatah Ahmed of Kwara State, vacant by reason of their defection from the All Progressives Congress (APC) to‎ the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
