Cambridge Analytica is shutting down

Cambridge Analytica, the data analytics firm that was reported to have improperly obtained the Facebook data of up to 87 million Facebook users, is shutting down. Nigel Oakes, the founder of SCL Group, Cambridge Analytica’s British affiliate, first told the Wall Street Journal that both companies were shutting down.
