Federal government, Huawei sign MoU on ICT training for civil servants

The federal government and global ICT company Huawei, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to kick-start the second phase of the Information Communication Technology (ICT) for Change Programme which would see 1000 federal civil servants get trained and empowered on capacity building.
