The Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP), Director-General, Mamman Ahmadu, has gingered the newly trained procurement officers ready to be deployed at government parastatals, institutions, commissions and agencies, to bring in their full capacity, and work with a mindset of correcting the wrongs made in the past public procurements.
