The Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP) has called on the electoral commission, INEC, to adjust its timetable for Edo and Ondo governorship elections, following the Court of Appeal judgment that upturned the deregistration of 23 political parties.
The National Chairman, Alliance for New Nigeria (ANN) , Dr Jay Osi Samuel, said the party walked out of the Coalition of United Political Parties (CUPP) formed by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) alongside over 30 other political parties recently because the two parties have different ideologies.
