Yuletide: Prices of tomatoes, onions, rice soar in Umuahia

A survey conducted by the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Saturday at Ubani, Isi Gate and Orie Ugba markets showed the prices of tomatoes, onions, rice, ogbono, egusi and others have increased.
The sit-at-home order by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) over “disappearance” of Nnamdi Kanu, its leader, recorded partial compliance in some parts of the south-east.
