The embattled Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Mr. Ibrahim Magu, is still being detained by the Police Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) in Abuja, after appearing for two consecutive days before the Presidential Panel investigating his conduct as head of the anti-graft agency, following his indictment for alleged graft and insubordination by the Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, Mr. Abubakar Malami, SAN.
