UNICEF urges Governor Dankwambo to expand treatment of malnutrition

The United Nations Children’s Fund, UNICEF, has called on the Gombe State Government to expand the treatment of acute malnutrition in the State from the present three to cover all the eleven local government areas of the state.

50% people in Gombe don’t know HIV/AIDS status

Dr Suraj Abdulkarim, Programme Manager, Gombe State Agency for the Control of HIV and AIDS (GOMSACA), says 50 per cent of people in the state do not know their status.
