NIPR to commence prosecution of illegal spokespersons

The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations has appointed retired General Chris Olukolade as its Chairman Compliance Committee to monitor and initiate prosecutions of uncertified spokespersons who fraudulently claim to be practicing public relations in the country.
