Court orders permanent forfeiture 56 houses linked to Diezani Alison-Madueke

Justice Abdul-Azeez Anka of the Federal High Court, sitting in Lagos, on Wednesday, ordered the permanent forfeiture of 56 houses valued at $21, 982, 224 (about N3.3 billion), allegedly linked to a former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs. Diezani Alison-Madueke, to the Federal Government.

Alison-Madueke: Court hears final forfeiture application Sept. 22

Justice Chuka Obiozor of the Federal High Court in Lagos yesterday fixed September 22 to entertain the application for the final forfeiture of four properties in Lagos, River State, and Abuja, valued at N2,611,592,199 linked to the former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Alison-Madueke and her associates.
