Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF) has urged selected candidates for the 2019 overseas PHD scholarship programme to focus on research works that will proffer solutions to challenges in the oil and gas sector.
The Petroleum Technology Development Fund, PTDF, yesterday, explained that candidates for the overseas scholarship for masters’ and doctorate degrees were selected based on their past academic performance and the potential of their proposals to address challenges confronting the petroleum industry and the country in general.
