Damaged and destroyed artefacts litter a room in the Dessie Museum ransacked and destroyed during the 2021 TPLF occupation of Dessie on January 10, 2022 in Dessie, Ethiopia. Inaugurated in 1981, the Dessie Museum contained numerous artefacts and relics that represented over 500 years of Ethiopian history including items from the Battle of Adwa and other significant periods in Ethiopian history.
