Chief Onyebuchi Ememanka, Chief Press Secretary to the Abia State Governor, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, says the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) does not need to involve in any form of electoral malpractice to win the Aba North and Aba South bye-election.
