Lawyer petitions Police chief over death of Immigration official in detention

A lawyer, Daniel Makolo has asked the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, to probe the death of Luka Andrew in custody of the Nigeria Immigration Service, saying he was tortured.
