Siblings arraigned for aiding convicted South African drug dealer

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency on Tuesday arraigned two brothers, Chuks and Isaac Onowu, for allegedly aiding a convicted South African, Lorato Lekganyane, to export 1.21 kilogrammes of cocaine.
