Two Tottenham players test positive for coronavirus

Two Tottenham players tested positive for COVID-19 in less than 48 hours before playing Newcastle United in the Premier League.

The two players, whose identities remain nameless, will have to quarantine for the next ten days, which means they will miss the following games: Newcastle, Vitesse in the Conference League and West Ham United.

The two players trained as usual on Thursday with the rest of the group but tested positive after.

It is unknown if the players got the virus while on international duty.
