La Repubblica confirms that personal terms have been reached by both parties through his agent Mino Raiola.
The agreement is in place it is left for Real Madrid and Manchester United to find common ground over the transfer fee.
Manchester United is demanding for €180m to sell the World Cup winner and for Los Blancos to meet such valuation they need to offload several players to fund the move.
