Former Super Eagles goalkeeper Ndubuisi Egbo is two wins away from leading KF Tirana to the league title in Albania.

Ndubuisi Egbo’s Tirana will face Georgian champions Dinamo Tbilisi in the first qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League.

The Albanian champions will come up against Dinamo Tbilisi between August 18/19 in a one-off tie.

Extra-time and penalty shoot-out will be use to decide the game if necessary.

Winners of the game will advance to the second qualifying round, while the losing side will progress to the UEFA Europa League second qualifying round.


In other fixtures involving Nigerian players, Yusuf Otubanjo and his Armenian league winners, Ararat Armenia will play Cyprus side, Omonia Nicosia.

Nnamdi Chinonso Offor and Latvian side, Riga FS (RFS) will face Maccabi Tel-Aviv of Israel. Leke James and Swedish side, Molde will square up against KuPS, while Rabiu Ibrahim and Ezekiel Henty’s Slovan Bratislava will play Faroe Island’s KÍ.
