Lobi Stars chairman Mike Idoko has disclosed that the club will sign new players to help the team compete adequately for all the competition next year.
The pride of Benue will be competing in the Nigeria professional football league, Aiteo Cup and CAF Champions League in 2019 and there’s need for a bigger squad.
While speaking after the draw, Idoko revealed there are plans to fortify the team with new players.
”we sign five players to strengthen the squad for the upcoming group stage of the CAF champions League” he said.
Lobi stars has been drawn in Group A of competition along with Wydad Casablanca of Morocco, Orlando Pirates of South Africa and Horoya FC of Guinea.
