Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers has confirmed that Wilfred Ndidi is fit for this weekend’s Premier League clash against Arsenal.
Ndidi has been out of action since picking up a hamstring injury in Leicester City’s 2-2 home draw against Burnley early this month.
The Nigeria international was initially ruled out for five weeks but he is the frame to feature against the Gunners at the King Power Stadium after recovering from the injury.
The midfielder has missed the Foxes last five games across all competitions as a result of the setback.
“There may be a question mark on Ricardo Pereira. He felt a bit tight. Ayoze Perez has had a bug so he was kept away today. Apart from that, all the players (including Ndidi) are fit and healthy, “Rodgers said during his interaction with the media on Friday.
The 24-year-old has made six league appearances for the former Premier League champions this season.
