Ahead of Everton’s clash with Manchester United on Saturday, manager Rafa Benítez spoke to the press and provided a squad update.

According to the manager, Everton will be without four key players for their trip to Old Trafford.

Seamus Coleman and Dominic Calvert-Lewin “started on the pitch little by little but they are not ready for this game” meanwhile Richarlison and Andre Gomes have also been ruled out.

Additionally, Alex Iwobi remains a doubt.

“Alex [Iwobi] has a little problem and I’m not sure if he’ll be available for tomorrow. But I’m really pleased with the way he’s working and training. I think he’s improving and he’s enjoying that.

On the other hand, Benítez did confirm that Jean-Philippe Gbamin will be available.

“JP is training again and is fully fit. It is good news on him because we need bodies.”
