2019: APGA will unseat Muhammadu Buhari, APC – candidate

Chijoke Amobi, All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) House of Representatives candidate in Oshodi/Isolo Constituency 2, has said that John Gubor, the APGA presidential candidate, has the capacity to defeat the All Progressives Congress (APC) incumbent President, Muhammad Buhari, in 2019 general elections.

In an interview in Lagos, the House of Representatives candidate said that Gubor had freshness and so would be in a better position to have Nigerians listen and believe him when he makes promises to them.

He said that APGA was not a regional party as being insinuated by many who would say that for political gain, stressing that the party had executive members across the geopolitical regions.

“Our national secretary is from North Central and so are other national working committee (NWC) members. We have vibrant leaders who have been doing very well. At the National Assembly, we have people like Senators Victor Umeh and Stella Oduah, who are giving good representations to their constituencies and Anambra State. We also have the ones in House of Representatives, also performing excellently well. APGA has House of Representatives members from even Taraba State”

“Anambra State is also a testimony, you can see what Governor Willie Obiano is doing in the state. APGA wants to replicate that at the national level when it gets to the presidency. We want to change things in this country,” he said.

Amobi said that the nation would be better managed by APGA and it would be good if Nigerians shun those parties and leaders who had failed them and seek the alternative, which APGA was ready to give.
