Eedris Abdulkareem: Nigerian government covering up for Sheikh Gumi, bandits

Veteran Nigerian rapper, Eedris Abdulkareem, has taken a swipe at the Department of Security Service (DSS) over the loss of a case file on associates of Yoruba nation agitator, Sunday Igboho to armed robbers.

Popular Nigerian artiste, Eedris Abdulkareem, has reacted to the claims that Yoruba nation activist, Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho is being sponsored by a National Assembly member.

Nigeria’s Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, had recently stated that the secessionist has 43 accounts in different banks in which some financiers have consistently deposited funds.

Reacting to this via his Instagram page Eedris wrote, “It was Kanu, then Sowore, now Igboho on terrorist link but Gumi and his bandits brothers are not terrorists.”

“They blew up train lines, the victims saw them, but the government is covering for them. One Nigeria!” he added.
