The prosecutor, Insp. Richard Odigie, had earlier told the court that Undie committed the offences at about 11 p.m. on Nov. 26, 2016 at Akins Shopping Complex in Ajah area of Lagos State.

He said Undie conspired with two others to steal N480,000 from his employer, Innocent Abah, who reported the matter to the police.

Odigie said that the offences contravened sections 285 and 409 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
